Are we allowed to update the effects?

Hi,
Just wanted to check if we are allowed to update already published effects while the submissions are being reviewed?

  Hey Anoop!

  Please do not update the effect that was submitted to the hackathon before the winners are announced. If you have a clone of the code, you can certainly work on that and then publish it after.
